Stephanie Bernier

Stephanie swam for SWAT for many years and in 2008 she graduated and began swimming for UNT.  She recently was chosen to represent UNT by Coach Joe Dykstra in the SunBelt Conference Championships in Nashville, TN.  At the SunBelt Conference Championships Stephanie swam 3 individual events including the 50 Free (24.66/23rd), 100 Free (53.65/18th), and the 100 Back (58.47/13th).  She also swam in 2 relays with her team mates.  The UNT girls placed 3rd at the conference behind Western Kentucky and University of Denver.

Stephanie continues to swim with SWAT during her off time from UNT.  We all look forward to seeing her during this summer (2009).
